Quality Assurance & Complaint Management
Operating under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) AQL standards with a documented 8-stage inspection pipeline and a formal 8-step Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) complaint workflow.
The 8-Stage Quality Control Pipeline
Every production order moving through our China, Vietnam, and South Asian manufacturing facilities undergoes rigorous multi-gate verification before cartons are released for export.
Incoming Fabric Inspection
Raw knit and woven rolls inspected using the international 4-Point System. Verification of roll lengths, yarn slubs, barre marks, and skewness tolerances.
Material & Trim Testing
Laboratory testing for wash shrinkage, skew, crocking colorfastness, perspiration fastness, seam tensile strength, and zipper endurance.
Pre-Production (PP) Approval
Formal "Golden Seal" counter-sample review before bulk cutting. Client approval required for graded measurements, prints, trims, and packaging layout.
Inline Sewing Inspection
Continuous roving QA checks monitoring Stitches Per Inch (SPI), seam tensions, hem widths, collar balance, and needle break logs live on the line.
Specification Verification
100% measurement verification on full size sets (XS - 5XL) against approved graded spec sheets with defined 0.5cm - 1.0cm commercial tolerance bounds.
Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Independent sampling under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II standards. Critical defects = 0, Major defects = AQL 1.5 / 2.5, Minor defects = AQL 4.0.
Packing & Barcode Audit
Audit of master carton dimensions, polybag suffocation warnings, UPC barcode scannability, silica gel moisture placement, and carton gross weights.
Shipment Clearance
Formal FRI certificate generated, photographic container loading supervised, container seal numbers recorded, and bill of lading documents issued.
Formal Complaint Management Workflow
When manufacturing deviations occur, professional B2B partners require documented accountability, not empty promises. Below is our formal 8-step resolution procedure.
Customer Submits Formal Complaint
The client submits a detailed report to the sourcing desk referencing the PO number, batch carton numbers, high-resolution photographs of the issue, and the exact count of affected units.
Team Formally Acknowledges Receipt
The sourcing and compliance team acknowledges receipt, logs the ticket in our internal audit repository, and assigns a lead QA engineer.
Quality Team Investigates Reported Issue
The QA team cross-examines the claim against factory inline production logs, needle logs, machine maintenance sheets, and the final FRI inspection report.
Evidence and Production Records Reviewed
The retained Golden Seal counter-sample and factory batch swatches from that specific cut lot are retrieved from the archive and re-measured.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Executed
Engineers isolate the source of deviation: raw fabric defect, cutting marker shift, machine calibration drift, packaging variance, or transit damage.
Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) Formulated
A formal CAPA document is prepared outlining: immediate containment, remediation actions, and preventive calibration updates for future runs.
Customer Receives Detailed Update & Resolution
The client receives the complete investigation dossier along with the proposed technical or commercial resolution agreed with executive leadership.
Complaint Closed with Documented Records
Once the client confirms acceptance of the remedy, the case is archived in the vendor scorecard system and machine line SOPs are permanently updated.
