Inquiry & Technical Review
You submit your project through our 5-step qualification survey with your tech packs, sketches, target quantities, and desired delivery schedule. Our technical team evaluates seam complexity, sizing feasibility, and generates initial transparent pricing.
Textile Sourcing & Lab Dips
We source exact fiber compositions and yarn counts from verified spinning and knitting mills. We produce physical lab dip swatches according to your Pantone TCX or TPX color references for your visual approval.
Prototype Sampling & Fit Iteration
Our sample room crafts physical proto samples for live fit verification. We test drape, rib recovery, pocket depth, and print alignments. Any pattern adjustments are made quickly until a gold-seal Pre-Production (PP) sample is approved.
Precision Cutting & Stitching
Automated computerized spreading and CNC cutting ensure identical dimensions across every single cut piece. Dedicated sewing lines assemble garments under continuous inline inspection to verify stitch counts and seam tensions.
AQL 2.5 Multi-Point Quality Audit
Every production run undergoes strict ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) Final Random Inspection (FRI). We audit dimensional measurements against approved size specs, test color fastness, pull test hardware, and verify needle metal detection.
Packaging & Door-to-Door Logistics
Finished garments receive individual retail tagging, barcoding, eco polybagging, and export master carton packing. We coordinate international DDP customs clearance and deliver straight to your fulfillment centers or distribution partners.
