When you complete our project inquiry survey or contact us, we collect structured business and project data, including:
- Applicant Contact Details: Full name, professional business email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, applicant job role, and country of operation.
- Business & Legal Entity Information: Registered company name, corporate website URL, legal entity status (registered, in progress, or unformed), and business stage (startup vs. established enterprise).
- Garment Specifications & Commercial Scope: Target silhouettes, sizing breakdowns, estimated volume quantities, target FOB costs, delivery milestones, and funding notes.
- Technical Files & Intellectual Property: Tech packs, pattern grading documents, CAD files, mood boards, and trademark declarations.
3. Private Storage of Technical Attachments
All uploaded specification documents, tech packs, and sketches are stored in private, non-public storage disks with randomized cryptographic filenames. Proprietary files are never accessible via public URLs and can only be downloaded by authorized Lion Pride Global technical staff via authenticated, role-protected administrative endpoints.
4. CRM Integration and Third-Party Synchronization
To provide timely customer service and quote preparation, inquiry records may be queued for synchronization with our customer relationship management (CRM) systems or approved partner APIs (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, or secure webhooks). We enforce bounded retry policies, hashed transmission signatures, and secure TLS 1.3 encryption.
5. Data Retention and Non-Disclosure
We maintain submitted specifications strictly for evaluating manufacturing feasibility, conducting pattern consultations, and fulfilling contractual manufacturing orders.
