Terms of Commercial Service
Effective Date: October 2026 • Lion Pride Global Operating Agreement
1. Introduction
These Terms of Commercial Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lion Pride Global website, pre-qualification survey, prototyping services, and contract manufacturing engagements. By submitting an inquiry or project brief, you represent that you have legal capacity to bind your business organization.
2. Pre-Qualification Survey and Quotations
Submissions through the pre-qualification survey at /project-inquiry do not constitute a binding manufacturing contract. All preliminary quotations, unit prices, fabric specifications, and sampling schedules are estimates subject to physical prototype confirmation and final countersigned Commercial Purchase Orders.
3. Intellectual Property Covenants
Clients retain 100% full legal ownership of their original trademarks, designs, logos, and proprietary tech packs submitted to Lion Pride Global. Lion Pride Global covenants that client design assets will only be utilized for producing authorized samples and mass manufacturing runs ordered by the client.
4. Prototyping & Pre-Production Approval
Bulk fabric cutting and garment sewing commence only following the client’s explicit written approval of the gold-seal Pre-Production (PP) sample. Any specification changes requested after PP sample approval are subject to revised timelines and fabric remill fees.
5. Quality Inspection & Standards
All production runs are governed by ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) AQL 2.5 standards for general visual inspection unless an alternate inspection protocol is formally agreed upon in the purchase contract.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under international commercial contract principles and the applicable laws of our primary operating corporate jurisdiction.
